We hope this note finds you in good health. We’d like to provide you with some important updates on how we are supporting our community during these challenging times.
In an effort to assist patients access physiotherapy care, our team is volunteering to provide complimentary tele-rehabilitation to Windsor/Essex residents. For the next couple weeks, we will be able to assess patients virtually (through a computer/smartphone/tablet) and provide advice/education on their condition and monitor those that require ongoing care. This will enable patients to access physiotherapy care from the comfort of their home while ensuring transmission risk is eliminated. We will be triaging cases and limiting inclusion criteria to patients with acute orthopedic conditions in need of physiotherapy. Please feel free to call 519-419-5128 to provide your intake information.
In keeping with public health guidance, we have limited our in-clinic caseload to essential care only at this time. We are operating on a modified schedule, screening all patients for symptoms and following enhanced infection control procedures to keep our patients and staff safe.
Our team is passionate about delivering safe, high quality care and ensuring that you have access to our services during these challenging times. We are dedicated to giving back to our community, especially when it counts the most. We are grateful for your support over the past decade and feel this service will assist Windsor/Essex residents access needed care in these dynamic times.
While the situation is evolving rapidly, we wanted to take this opportunity to inform you of our current status and will further advise of any changes should they occur.
